    The Behind-the-Ear (BTE) hearing aids provide the most amplification making it the preferred solution for users with severe-to-profound hearing loss.

    BTE hearing aids are hearing aids you wear outside of your outer ear. A small tube then routes the sound down into your ear canal. BTE hearing aids are available in many sizes, shapes and color options. You can choose one that matches your skin tone or hair color.

    Receiver-in-Ear hearing aids (RIE hearing aids) are the most popular type of hearing aids. They can also be called receiver in canal hearing aids, RIC hearing aids or RITE hearing aids.

  • In The Canal (ITC/ITE)

    An in the ear/canal (ITE/ITC) aid sits completely within your outer ear (ITE) or just inside your ear canal (ITC). As these styles are larger than CIC/ICC hearing aids, they can include practical features and are available with directional microphones (two microphones for better hearing in noise). ITE hearing aids usually include larger batteries and can be easier to handle.

    Completely In the Canal Hearing Aids fit inside the ear and out of our sight. A CIC Hearing Aid is moulded to fit inside the ear canal that improves the hearing by amplifying the sounds. CIC Hearing Aids are custom made, fits deep inside the canal and are almost invisible. It is a small and least visible type of Hearing Aid.
